For USB-C devices (newer Android phones, tablets, most laptops), it depends on your charger or power bank: if its port is USB-A (the classic rectangular port), get the USB-A-to-C cable; if its port is also USB-C, get the USB-C-to-C cable to actually reach 100W — plugging a C-to-C cable into a USB-A port simply won't fit.
The USB-A-to-C cable comes in 1ft to 16ft 2-packs and the USB-C-to-C cable in 1ft to 10ft, both depending on color — shorter suits a desk or nightstand, longer reaches from a wall outlet to a couch or bed. The Lightning 4-pack mixes 1.5ft, 3ft and two 6ft cords in one box so different rooms get different lengths automatically.
It's rated to carry up to 100W on most colors (White reaches the full range; Black and Light Blue top out at 60W), but actual charging speed also depends on the wall charger on the other end — a 100W-rated cable paired with a 20W charger will still only deliver 20W.
